The high Chromium level (18.0-20.0%) creates a protective oxide coating, providing superior corrosion resistance and Nickel content (8.0-10.5%) provides increased toughness and acid environment resistance.Nitrogen content (max 0.10%) also enhances mechanical strength as well as pitting resistance.All these combined factors make the 304 stainless steel sheet highly durable, formable and resistant to corrosion in different industries.
