This austenitic 25Cr-20Ni grade 310 stainless steel sheet offers exceptional resistance to oxidation when used continuously at temperatures reaching 2000°F (1093°C). It is an ideal choice for applications involving furnace components, heat exchangers, and equipment used in petrochemical processing.
The alloy typically contains about 24.0–26.0% chromium and 19.0–22.0% nickel. These high levels of alloying elements allow the sheet to resist scaling and oxidation, even under severe high‑temperature conditions. Its mechanical performance is also dependable. The sheet delivers a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa (75 ksi), a yield strength of 205 MPa (30 ksi), and at least 35% elongation, providing a good balance of strength and formability.
