Additionally, small amounts of iron, cobalt, and tungsten improve its thermal stability and mechanical performance. With a tensile strength of approximately 690 MPa (100 ksi) and a yield strength of around 283 MPa (41 ksi), it offers outstanding resistance to mechanical stress. Its 45% elongation guarantees superior flexibility, which makes it simpler to weld, and fabricate without sacrificing strength. Its hardness, usually between 87-95 HRB increases its resistance to wear and tear. All these characteristics combined make it highly performant in harsh industrial conditions. This combination guarantees that the material is stable and efficient even in the most extreme industrial conditions.
